Don’t buy didn’t work out of the box
Unit arrived, charged battery and assembled after assembling and charging unit will not turn on at all, where’s quality control?? This should be embarrassing, I’m a certified an 16 year experienced technician, on hybrid, Allison transmissions, Cummins and other makes more than capable to assemble, I shouldn’t have to trouble shoot a problem with a product that was just purchased, the manufacture states to see supplier for warranty issues and not much help here?? Update as of 8/15/26 Company did reach out went threw some diagnostics and they sent me a replacement part the battery slide was defective, replaced it and got my sons bike up and going, I will say with them being on a different time zone the responses was far between usually around 24hr window to get a response back from them but they did help resolve the concern

    Came faster than it showed, son has been riding it everyday. The battery life seems to be great and easily charges overnight when completely done. Easy to assemble the few parts that we had too and had him going in no time. Seems to be a great bike!

    Honestly, I expected a tank that steers like a bus, but this thing flicks through tight corners with ease. The fat tires give so much confidence on loose dirt that I started taking trails I usually avoid. Assembly took about 20 minutes – the provided wrench works fine, just slow, so I grabbed my own socket set. My only small gripe is the display gets washed out in direct sunlight; I have to squint to see the speed. But the range more than makes up for it – I did a 16-mile loop with lots of hills and still had 55% left. For the price, I’m already eyeing a second one for my partner.

    The outer carton looked like it got kicked across the warehouse, but inside everything was packed tight and no scratches at all. Assembly took me about 25 minutes – the included wrench is tiny, so I used my own, no big deal. Once rolling, this thing is a tank. I'm 230lbs and it pulled me up a steep dirt trail without even breathing hard. Tires soak up roots and rocks like butter. Battery gave me 3 full commutes before needing a charge. Honestly, exactly what I wanted.

    This bike has officially replaced my car for grocery runs and coffee trips. The tires glide over potholes that used to rattle my old hybrid. Battery life is solid – I charge it every 4-5 days with daily short trips. The only thing I’d complain about is the stock seat; it's a bit narrow for my wide frame, but I ordered a cushier one for $20 and now it's perfect. The throttle has a nice progressive feel, not jerky at all. Neighbors keep stopping me to ask about it – that alone tells you it looks sharp. Zero buyers' remorse.
