Is this bag large enough for a laptop?

This is a compact 12L bag (6L per side). It fits small tablets (e.g. iPad), bike tools, a light jacket, and lunch, but not a full-size 15″ laptop. Please check dimensions if laptop carry is a priority.

Are the two bags detachable from each other?

No, this is a “bridge” style double pannier. The two sides are permanently connected by the center fabric that sits on top of your rack. This design is more stable and easier to install than separate bags.

Will this fit on a wide e-bike rack?

Yes! Because it uses a flexible fabric bridge and hook-and-loop straps rather than rigid plastic clips, it is very versatile and fits standard racks as well as wider racks found on many electric bicycles.

Is the bag waterproof on its own?

The 600D Polyester fabric is water-resistant and will shed light rain and splashes. However, for heavy rain or long rides in wet weather, you must use the included yellow rain cover to ensure your items stay 100% dry.

How do I prevent the bag from hitting my heels while pedaling?

The compact 12L design is narrower than touring panniers, reducing heel strike. The adjustable mounting straps also let you position the bag further back if needed.
