    The bike is great.The swingarm suspension works well.The assembly was pretty straight forward however watch the front end assembly as to not get the forks pointing in the wrong direction.You also have to hold the start button for a few seconds for it to turn on.The button on top of the battery is to check the power.
    Also my screen fogged up after a few miles and impossible to read.However the company is great to deal with and is taking care of it.I have already recommended this bike to friends.

    The bike appears to be good quality but Disappointed with the customer service.
    I’ve owned the bike for roughly a week and have to already replace the display. Display is frozen and does not allow settings to be accessed. Service department says this issue is not covered under warranty and requires me to purchase another display. Very frustrated to say the least. If technical support helps to correct this issue this review will be modified to reflect that. Till then this is where I stand with this product and the PUCKIPUPPY team.

    Poor Customer Service and No Warranty Support

    I have been trying to obtain a replacement part since my bike completely stopped working, but this issue remains unresolved. The bike is under warranty. I have been in contact with customer service representative Van since June 2 and have repeatedly been told that the support team would follow up, yet no clear update or solution has been provided. On June 29, I was told a replacement display would be shipped, but it never arrived. After thirty phone calls over the past month, I am still without answers or a working product. In my most recent conversation, I was again asked for my address and email, and the information was repeated back incorrectly. I also requested to speak with a manager, but was told that Van is only customer service support in China and does not have a supervisor. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution, accurate communication, and clear escalation support for customers dealing with product failures.

    DISPOSABLE BIKE. NOT WORTH IT.

    …and as soon as you realize it, it's past two weeks and they won't take it back.

    I've owned this bike for less than three months and nearly EVERYTHING is broken. For the same amount of money, I could've bought two better bikes. I've thrown away 90% of the accessories that have come with it, after they stopped functioning, broke, disintegrated or just fell off. The bike itself is already moving slower than it did when I got it and several surfaces, including electrical components, are corroding over, which they cleverly omitted from the warranty. Check for yourself. Your bike WILL rust solid and they won't care.

    Meanwhile, this thing is SO HEAVY and HUGE that it is essentially a motorcycle that barely goes 28mph, downhill, while I peddle furiously. It's incredibly difficult to control at speed.

    Long story short, I'm out $2200 and I'm filled with regret.
