Love it, came a little beat up by shipment , ill have to contact cust service i think a part may be missing however it is fabulous , I am a 58 year old woman who's never put a bike together , I did it alone pretty happy w it, goes fast pulls my 4 dogs up the mountains here in the beautiful Sierra Nevadas with breeze , still figuring stuff out on it , so far so good

    I live this bike! What I like about this bike is ..
    1. the battery- I only charge it every 50 miles and I think I could 60-65 at level 3.
    2. Sturdy bike- 5’10 and little over weight.
    3. Everything on this bike is made really well!
    4. This bike is FAST! level 2 15mph, level 3 20mph . level 4 30 mph and that was way to fast for me! Not sure what it will do on level 5…

    Now maybe things I would change

    1. The handle bars are way too low! The first ride my shoulders hurt from putting all my weight on my arms during my ride. I added an extension to the neck of the handle bars.. now it is perfect. easy fix
    2. The seat.. all bikes easy fix
    3. No storage- easy fix added basket
    4. This bike is not made for someone under 5’5. way too big which is a plus for me!
    I love this bike and for the price I don’t think you could get a better bike for the price!
