    Two months, no issues

    Delivery was as promised. Assembly took several hours, but was easy enough.
    Everything was in perfect condition….no scuffs, scratches or dings.
    Been riding it for two months and have had no mechanical or electrical issues.
    Only thing I would change is that I would like the front headlight to be mountable under the front basket.

    Best bang for your buck

    I’m very impressed with this bike. It’s well made, it has plenty of power and the battery actually delivers the mileage it says if you’re on flat surface and you don’t have the pedal assist turned all the way up. I have gotten over 70 miles on a single charge. The seat is comfortable and it rides smoothly.
    On a flat surface I have reached 32mph. I think the tires are 2.75 inches wide. (Not as skinny as they look)

    Customer service is on point and responds quickly. I highly recommend this bike … so much I purchased a second one.
    Only con is it’s heavy but I did say well built.

    BIKE BROKE AFTER ONE MONTH!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A NIGHTMARE!

    This bike stopped working within a month of purchase. It was clear there was a language barrier between customer service and me. Customer service repeatedly asked me to send photos and videos of the bike not turning on. They finally decided to send me a new part shipped from China, but the new part did NOT resolve the issue.

    Comfortable and easy to ride, this is a great e-bike for anyone looking to enter the e-bike market. The bike rolls well and cover ground with ease, it’s very comfortable in the saddle and handles well too.

    I purchased 2 M-2 e-bikes from Aipas. Great looking bike, great value for the money, came 85 percent assembled. I’ve put 20 miles on the bikes so far, love the performance so far. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fat tire E-bike!
