I very much enjoy my new VEFreedom ebike. I cruise all around my city's regional park and then down the bike path to the beach and back. Oh what fun! I put on some aftermarket 3" higher pressure steel bead tires rather than the 4" nobbies it came with and get more range, quicker to top speed and quieter ride. Lovin' it. Hey, get yourself one today, you'll not be able to wipe the grin from of your face, ha & yay!

    I bought this to β€œcommute” across the farm as I am older. I am finding other uses as well. Zips right a long. Like exercising my dogπŸ€ͺ Charge lasts a long time. The step through is a hod send.

    Instructions say to drain he battery completely the first time. Other sources say not to go below 20% or damage could happen. Also, reason given by alternative sources is so the battery could calculate charge πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ or something like that.

    Yes, the bike can be returned. But there is a $200 restocking fee that wasn’t clear.

    First let me say I've worked as a mechanical and electrical tradesman for over 40 years. Haven't tried using the bike yet, but I want to let the seller know through this review that the assembly was way more aggravating than necessary. The back bracket where the basket assembly will mount holes didn't line up and it's a pretty stout piece so trying to just bend it to match the holes was nearly impossible, I had to open the holes up with next size drill bit. Then something as simple as connecting the tail light to the quick connection on the bike frame literality took an hour. I work with quick electrical connections and this one takes the cake for sure, another very frustrating endeavor which didn't need to be. Finally get to attaching the rear brake and cannot for the life of me get one of the bolts out in order to reattach over the brake disc. I had to take the part off and take it to work with me to put it in a vise and use vise grips to get the bolt out, come to find it was put together with LocTite, Why? Dear manufacture, Please do better.
    * Dont buy with basket, Basket is junk, better baskets on Amazon for under $40

    i only rode it 3 times and now i getting error code 22 after spending 4 hours trying to figure it out the throttle had a red wirer come unsolder.i know it not your fault,but you need to keep an eye on your suppler

    So far product works great. I love the loud horn. The assembly isn't the easiest. Especially because the written instructions and video instructions are not detailed enough. Customer service came through for us on some missing parts.
